Shipping & Policies:

    •    Fish Images: Pictures are for reference only and may not represent the exact fish you receive.
    •    Shipping Costs: Shipping may be lower depending on your location (Eastern/Southern states, just send us a message and we can work with you).
    •    Winter Shipping: From October through March, we only offer overnight or 2-day shipping on most items. This can increase costs. 
    •    Combined Shipping: We combine shipping with other products for lower rates, feel free to ask how it works.

Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy:
    •    If your fish arrives DOA, provide a clear video of the unopened bag(s) within 2 hours of delivery.
    •    DOA fish will be fully refunded or replaced, no questions asked.
    •    Shipping costs will not be refunded. If you request a replacement, shipping costs must be covered by the buyer.
    •    We are not responsible for shipping delays, missed deliveries, or carrier-caused damage.
     Please note that fish are shipped based on approximate size, and coloration varies by age and species
