They excel at consuming excess algae, moss, and leftover food in community tanks, adding stunning color to any tank. Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy: Submit visible photos of the unopened bag containing the dead shrimp and photos of the bag opened with the shrimp in a container (to verify the number of dead shrimp) within ONE HOUR of stated carrier delivery time.
Acclimation: Once shrimp are removed from the shipping bag and added to your tank, their health and well-being are the buyer’s responsibility. We provide care guidance, but cannot cover losses due to improper acclimation, incompatible tank mates, or poor water quality.
Additional Information: Buyer pays all shipping related costs. No returns. I use PayPal's Business to send invoices for payments which can accept a wide variety of payment methods.
