We ship every Monday. Place your order by Sunday night for Monday dispatch; orders received after the cutoff ship the following Monday. Carrier holidays or unsafe weather may require an adjusted shipping date.

Each order is professionally packed in an insulated shipping box with oxygen and heat or ice packs when needed. A food sample is included.
Report any dead-on-arrival crayfish within 1 hour of the first delivery attempt. Provide clear photos of the affected crayfish in the unopened shipping bag and the shipping label. Approved claims receive a refund of the affected livestock cost only, or store credit. Shipping is non-refundable. No returns on live animals.
Please prepare appropriate housing before delivery. Buyer is responsible for checking applicable state and local laws. We do not ship crayfish to Oregon or to any destination where shipment or possession is prohibited.
