Eating well on small frozen foods and a bit of high-quality flake food (New Life Spectrum). Currently housed with nano schooling fish in freshwater. Does well in regular freshwater systems with the addition of aquarium salt and can be housed in brackish conditions up to about 1.015 salinity.

Hardy with water parameters, as it is a euryhaline species. Will do well between 7.0 and 8.0 pH, currently housed at a ph of 7.0.
