All fish are kept in clean, heated water and are fed high-quality food. Each fish is active and healthy at the time of shipping.

Shipping:
- Ships via UPS 2-Day Air or Overnight, depending on buyer selection
- Professionally packed in an insulated foam box
- Heat packs or cool packs will be used when needed based on weather conditions
- Shipping days are Monday through Wednesday only to help avoid transit delays

Combined Shipping:
If multiple fish are purchased, they may be shipped together in the same insulated box. Each fish will always be packed individually for safety. A single tracking number may be used for multiple orders going to the same buyer and address.

Buyer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

⚠️ DOA Policy (Dead on Arrival)
In the rare event a fish arrives DOA, the buyer must contact us within 1 hour of delivery and provide a clear, uncut video of the fish in the unopened bag.

If a DOA claim is verified, we offer two options:

1. Replacement Option – A replacement fish of equal value will be sent. Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of the replacement.
2. Refund Option – If the buyer does not wish to pay reshipping, a full refund for the fish will be issued.

Live Arrival Requirements
To qualify for DOA coverage:
- The package must be received on the first delivery attempt
- Someone must be available to receive the package immediately
- The package must not be left outside for an extended period
- DOA claims are void if delivery is delayed by the carrier or if the package is not received promptly

Refunds apply to the fish purchase price only, unless otherwise stated.

- The fish’s future appearance may differ from current photos and videos
- Natural genetic changes are not grounds for returns, refunds, or disputes

Betta Acclimation Instructions:
1. Float the sealed bag in your tank for 15–20 minutes to match temperature
2. Open the bag and add small amounts of tank water every 5 minutes, repeating 2–3 times
3. Gently release the fish into the tank
DO NOT pour shipping water into your aquarium

⚠️ Important Acclimation Notes
- Keep aquarium lights off for the first few hours
- Do not feed for the first 12–24 hours
- Fish may appear pale, stressed, or less active after shipping — this is normal

Proper acclimation is the buyer’s responsibility. Failure to follow proper acclimation steps may void the live arrival guarantee.
