Our DOA policy is very simple. We must receive 1 picture of the box as it arrived and 2 pictures of any clearly DOA shrimp in the unopened bag. These pictures must be received within the first hour of the first delivery attempt. Replacement shrimp will be shipped or refund will be issued minus the shipping cost at sellers discretion.
