LIVE ARRIVAL / DOA POLICY

Live-arrival coverage applies when the shipment arrives on schedule and is received on the first delivery attempt.

- Any DOA must be reported within 1 hour of carrier delivery.

- Clear photos/video must show the affected livestock inside the original unopened shipping bag.

- Delays caused by missed delivery, incorrect address, forwarding, or failure to receive the package on the first attempt are not covered.

- Shipping charges are not refundable.

- Depending on current livestock availability, the remedy may be replacement, store credit, or refund for the affected livestock.

- No returns are accepted on live animals.

CARE / ACCLIMATION

Use a mature, cycled, shrimp-safe aquarium. Avoid rapid parameter changes. Acclimate carefully and quarantine new livestock when possible.
