All posted live items are quarantined for 14 days before being posted for sale. Plants are grown immersed, which means no melting and no waiting for conversion before you see growth.
Plants are inspected and dipped before shipping, but may still contain Ramshorn snails.

SHIPPING POLICY:

Shipping is available to the Lower 48 United States via Next Day, 2 Day, and 3 Day options.
I will only ship UPS 2 Day and 3 Day on Monday and Tuesday to do my best to ensure animals do not get stuck in a warehouse over the weekend.
Heat and Cold packs are available for an additional $3 if your temperatures are expected to be in the extremes.
Please note that if your temperatures are below 40°F, heat packs will not be adequate if they are left outside. If you do not add heat or cold packs to your shipment and your temperatures are not between 50-90°F, I cannot refund for DOAs.
I offer DoA coverage for live items in the rare case of accidents during shipping. Any replacements will be sent out, if still in stock, on the next possible shipping day. Refunds will be issued for the price of the livestock in full, minus any associated shipping label costs.
In the event of a DoA issue, please send me a video or pictures of the unopened poly bag within two hours of the first delivery attempt. DoAs will not be replaced or refunded without sufficient proof that the shipment was collected in a timely manner and was not tampered with.
As livestock are pulled and prepped for shipment a full day before they are sent, no cancelations outside of exceptional circumstances will be accepted within 48 hours of shipment to avoid unnecessary stress on the animals. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. This policy is intended for live orders only, orders of only plants and dry goods are exempt from this restriction.
