Hi, Welcome to my Just Me page. WorldClassGuppies mainly focuses on selling high bred guppies however once in while we'll sell different items. Most of our guppies are at show guppy standard and a few of them even won at a IFGA competition. All our fish will be packed with a heat pack if necessary (Please notify us if your weather is going to be below 40�F). If we think weather conditions are too extreme we obtain the right to with hold your order until weather conditions straighten out. If you have any questions (about our policies) or problems, please contact us by clicking the ask the seller a question button located on an auction page. If you are a winning bidder, please contact us for further information.
D.O.A. Policy
In the rare case you're fish arrives DOA please email us 2 clear photos of the dead fish in the UNOPENED bag within 2 hours of arrival. This policy is only valid if the arrival was within 3 days of shipment. This means if We shipped your order on Monday, the DOA policy will be good until Thursday. If USPS was late to deliver which caused the death of your auction item We will not be held liable for the DOA because of the late delivery. We care very much about our fish and we do our best to make sure the fish arrives safely, but we cannot be held at fault for USPS' s mistake. DOA policies will be void if bag was opened, if failed to send photos within time period, or if the package is delivered late because of USPS. NOTE: All extra fish will not be provided with DOA policy. -WorldClassGuppies
