Shipping is to the lower 48 states only unless otherwise noted in the auction. Shipping is always a flat rate of 50.00 per box. I will only use UPS EXPRESS. I have shipped a lot of fish with them, and have yet to have a DOA. I have them packed with half oxygen half water, in an insulated box, with heat packs if need be. In case of a DOA, shipping a replacement fish is on me. I feel like it is my responceabity to see to it you recive live and healthy fish. Or your money back.
Guarantee
I guarantee your fish will arive healthy and alive, or I will ship your replacements FREE. Thats right people...FREE. If all are dead I will give you your choice of full money back, or free replacements. If you so choose a full refund, I will also refund your shipping. As I have stated above, it is my responceabity that you recive healthy fish. If not,I should cover the cost. To recive your full refund or replacement fish, you must send me a pic of the dead fish in the unopened bag within 30 minutes of delivery. If that cannot be done a phone call must be made. Refusal to do this will be cause to cancle the guarantee. I also have the right to ask for the dead fish back. If I see that a replacement is needed or money give back, you will also be refunded the cost of returning the fish to me. If not, no refund will be given.
