Shipping Policy

All shipping
Shipping is done on Mondays and Friday as per my shipping consent for weather and other factors. Many this will come into play such as holidays and time of the year to play important factors.

DOA Policy
The DOA policy on fish is only if shipped overnight and only if heat/cool packs are opted for use. The DOA policy for snails/inverts/live foods is only valid on warm weather shipping and only if it is expressed in the auction.
