IF THE AUCTION WAS FREE SHIPPING, THE COST FOR SHIPPING WILL STILL BE DEDUCTED FROM CREDIT. YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY TO RESHIP OR GET CREDIT ON YOUR NEXT ORDER. I ONLY GUARANTEE LIVE ARRIVAL IF THE USPS CAN GET THE FISH TO YOU IN ONE DAY. YOU MUST EMAIL A PICTURE OF THE DOA TO ME WITHIN 2 HOURS OF THE FIRST DELIVERY ATTEMPT. IF THE USPS TAKES MORE THAN 2 DAYS TO DELIVER, THERE WILL BE NO REFUND FOR ANY REASON. I prefer you pay with MONEY ORDER. But yes I will take paypal. Sometimes I use bag buddies which turn the water blue. I ship on Monday, or Tuesday after completed payment. I ship via USPS with delivery conformation number. Any free fish that I send are not to be replaced if doa. Example if you buy 4 fish and get 2 free and for some reason 3 arrive doa you will only get credit for 1 not the 2 free ones.
