Shipping terms
Shipping will be via usps at a fixed rate of $18 priority (without LAG) or 49.00 over night (with LAG) I usually ship on Monday & Tuesday. DOA policy. Live arrival is guarantee on express 1 day shipment as long as the package is on delivered on schedule. I'm not responsible for any damage or delayed made by usps. If your package is delayed or damage, you must claim any DOA's with usps directly. In the case of DOA's on express 1 day shipment, a clear picture of the DOA's in the original unopened bag must be send to me (Noahle2012@yahoo.com) within two hours of the first delivery attempt in or to receive a refunded, guarantee is VOID if you fail to send proof of death within the allowed two hours time period. If you fail to accept package for any reason on the first delivery attempt, the guarantee is VOID. Refund will be either replacement fish (if in stock) or money back for the deceased fish, not cover by the shipping cost. Shipping cost WILL NOT be refunded. I only accepted PayPal as a form of payment. I will proceed to ship your package once the payment has cleared.
