All fish are at minimally double bagged with pure oxygen and chemical additives. My fish are bagged to withstand nominal delays. I ship to ensure repeat customers.

DOA Policy live arrival guaranteed only as long as it is delivered on time in ONE DAY. Guarantee is only on the fish not the shipping and any DOA's will be credit given on your next order, no refunds. 3 Pictures of DOA's in unopened original bag must be emailed to me before 2 hours of 1st delivery attempt (no cell phone pictures... picture must be clear).
I will need 2 to 3 days to condition the fish for SAFE shipping. Payments must be received before I start to condition the fish. This is done to eliviate any unneeded stress on the fish.
