This page includes a policy for buying my auctions, when you buy you agree at all rights and cause that you are willing to pay full and additional fee if needed or applys towards my auction, paypal, money order, etc. You also agree that if you get your order within the arrival and fish is live and well it is owned as YOURS NO ACCEPTIONS!! once it is out of the bag. For refund credit ONLY!!: The fish must be represented(applied with a CLEAR photo representation) unopened bag for all DOA's NO RETURNS, ALL LIVE STOCK ARE FINAL!!. After 12 hour after arrival and you do not respond the sale is FINAL. Also If the fish is already out of the bag and in your aquarium I can not require a refund based on my policy and if the fish is out of the bag during doa as well i CANNOT apply refund due to you could have killed my fish yourself or any other reason. ALL REFUNDS ARE FOR (FISH ONLY) EXCLUDES SHIPPING COST :::::OTHER INFORMATION:::: All live stock are kept fed live well and active not one goes a day without getting food. Raising live aquatic animals has always been a passion for me, and will continue to live and grow with me through out my life time. I care for all of live aquatic animals as i would for human kind. What i sell is what is represented in the photo and or description of my auctions. I look forward in doing buisness with the many people that are fond of aquatic animals, and will continue to share my knowledge with you as much as you share your knowledge with me. Shipping Policy
All priorty shipments will range from $10-$20.00 depending on the type of fish you order and or the pound/weight which is added to for usps shipping or UPS shipping, unless stated as on the auction. All priorty shipments are a no live arrival gurantee and no REFUND avablie if DOA. Only guranteed with Express if you have doa. Express shipping will range from $30.00-$60.00 depending on what ever type of fish it is. Or as stated on the auction. Since i usually sell only bettas and killies at the most it should be cheap. Express includes tracking, live arrival, insurance, and 100% gurantee refund for FISH AMOUNT ONLY IF DOA. I dont mess around folk i get my fish to you live well and alive.
