Shipping Policy
I ship only USPS Express & Priority, no guarantee. Live arrival guarantee is for next day arrival ONLY. If DOA email digital photo within 2 hours of delivered fish time or promise time which ever comes first. In case you don't qualify for Express, next day delivery, 2nd day will be the next option and costs as much as express. It is your responsibility to confirm. Refund is for fish only, not shipping fees. I am not responsible for carrier delays, problems nor weather problems. Must be able to receive package on first delivery attempt or else guarantee is voided. If you package is left outside, at office or front door, your guarantee is also voided. Shipping cost varies on your zip code, and should range up to $50 (only when large shipments). Also if verified DOA, if I have the fish, I will split cost of re-shipping or refund your $$ back, but not shipping $$. You can also combine shipping.
