Live Arrival Guaranteed on all same day and overnight ONLY. 2-3 day shipments have no live arrival guarantee(usually works fine) as long as they are delivered within the specified time frame. If your package is late and/ or lost,damaged or misplaced you must claim losses with the carrier. Will not be responsible for any refund. DOA (dead on arrival) claims will be credited to you on the next order. NO REFUNDS. Shipping, box,heatpack charges are NOT covered by the DOA Policy. Any fish DOA must be reported to us within 2 hours of arrival. We will not be responsible if your fish arrive DOA because carrier�s mishandling, **You must take immediate action of your order upon its arrival. Take a picture of the specimen, dry the specimen and temporarily store it in the freezer. Photo is required. **If no one answers when you call, leave a message or send us an e-mail. Guarantee applies to original shipment only, not replacement items. Shipping and box charges are not included in this guarantee. Shipping charges will not be refunded under any circumstances. Our guarantee covers live arrival only. We disclaim any responsibility once the fish is introduced into your tank or container. To greatly reduce the risk of your existing fish and/or the newly purchased fish becoming ill, we recommend that you quarantine the newly purchased fish for a few days prior to introducing them into your aquarium. This ensures the new fishes� immune systems have recovered to full strength. **If weather is over 90 degrees F or under 34 degrees F in temperature, USPS and other shipping companies, including airlines, will not ship live animals. If, in our opinion, the weather is too extreme Hot or Cold to safely ship live animals, we reserve the right to delay shipment until the conditions are safe.
