We have been in the hobby for many years, but only recently (about a year ago) decided to devote fulltime to Angels and Rams. Actually did not have the time, untill retirement from the other world. Now life is pleasant again.
Shipping and Live Arrival Guarantee
Normally shipping is by USPS Next Day. Typically this is less than $40.00 plus insurance. Email us with an address for an exact quote. Priority mail is also an option, but does not carry a live arrival guarantee. The Live Arrival Guarantee applies only to BID ITEMS, not shipping costs or any extras that might have fallen in the bag. If the unforseen happens and a fish were to arrive dead, a digital photograph is required to be emailed to me, of the fish in the unopened bag within 2 hours of the first attempt to deliver as recorded by the USPS. Under these circumstances you would have a choice of a refund for the dead fish, a new fish shipped to you (at your expense) or credit for the future. Again, the LAG excludes shipping costs and any extras that might have been included. All fish are placed individually in Kordon Breather Bags. They are then placed in insulated containers, with heat packs or cold packs as dictated by weather conditions.
