If they are Dead On Arrival, PLEASE take a CLEAR digital photo of the dead fish(s) in it's ORIGINAL PACKAGING BAG and e-mail the photo to me within 2 hours of your fish(s) being received. In case of DOAs, Funds will only be refunded to those who uses UPS Next Day Air or USPS Express(overnight only). Refunds only apply to the amount you have paid for the fish, not the shipping charges. If the buyer emails me with clear pictures of doa fishs and loses contact with in 24 hours of the last email I've sent, the guarantee will not apply even if they've used any method of overnight shipping. *THE SELLER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE IF THE BUYER IS NOT PRESENT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY AND IT TURNS OUT TO BE DOA.
