All my fish are guaranteed to arrive alive at your door.
If any of your fish arrive dead I need the standard proof.
Do NOT open the bag. Take a clear photo of the dead fish and e-mail me the picture.
You must do this within 2 hours of USPS's first delivery.
Then you're good to open it up and put any live fish in your tanks.
I will either refund the prorated sum, or send you replacements. Your Choice.
You pay shipping the second round.
