Shipping
I usually ship on Monday or Tuesdays. I do include heat pack if needed. I will send an extra fish in case of DOA to avoid the following but my DOA policy is just about the same as all of them. LIVE FISH MUST BE RECEIVED AT THE FIRST DELIVERY ATTEMPT FOR LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE! In case of a DOA please send 2 photos of the dead animals in unopened delivery bag within 1 hour of delivery. Buyer responsible for reshipping fee. Will ship within continental USA. w Also important: I will ONLY ship to the shipping address you select when you make the payment, period.
