LAG Guarentee!
The LAG (live arrival guarantee) covers the animal only. Not shipping and only if they were delivered in 2 days. The extras are there to cover the occasional DOA, so I will only replace if you have more DOA than the amount of extras I send. In the event of DOA's please e-mail me a clear picture of them within 1 hour of first delivery attempt. If the post office screws up that is not my fault, and you will need to take it up with the post office. I do everything I can to make sure the fish/snails/inverts arrive alive and safe to you, but some things aren't under my control. It is your responsibility to check on tracking and make arrangements to be at the address they are shipped to when they are due for arrival.
