I ship using Styrofoam lined boxes, with cellulose insulation as a filler.
I only ship on Mondays or Tuesdays depending on what day works out for my work schedule.
guaranteed alive arrival is only for overnight shipments. I require a picture of the fish in the unopened bag within 3 hours of delivery. Must be able to accept delivery on first attempt for me to honor DOA refund
USPS Priority shipping will be $20
USPS Express will be based on actual shipping charges
