SHIPPING POLICY: We use United States Postal Services ONLY, Priority or Express shipping. Rates vary depending on size of auction and where the package is going to. If you have any questions regarding shipping please email us.
DOA and Payment Policy
DOA POLICY: We only guarantee Live Arrival with USPS Express shipping. You need to take a few pictures of the dead fish in the UNopened bag and send us the pics within THREE hours of FIRST delivery attempt. You will receive replacements for the dead fish/snails/plants OR credit towards another auction of ours that you win. This ONLY covers the price of fish/snails/plants won in the auction, NOT the shipping or any extras given. If you have any questions please email us. PAYMENT POLICY: You have THREE (3) days from the auction close time to pay in full. If not paid by that time, the order will be voided and the auction will go back up for bid. You will not be allowed to bid again. If there is something going on that prevents you from paying on time, you need to email us to let us know before the THREE (3) days is up.
