I certify that all live fish, Invertebrates and mollusks are in good condition and healthy before leaving my home for delivery, I package my fish and snails very carefully and take every precaution to ensure live arrival. I ship using USPS Priority mail within the US only, shipping days are Mon. Tues. And Wed. And I reserve the right to hold shipments in cases of severe weather, until the weather condition clears. All shipments come with a tracking no. And it is the responsibility of the buyer to be available when the package arrives. SHIPPING & HANDLING COST: $17.50 If you recieve damaged or DOA fish, a minimum of 2 pictures in sealed, unopened packaging must be taken within 1 hour of time stamped arrival in order to get either replacement fish or a refund.
