Hello, we are Huberty Aquatics visit our website at www.hubertyaquatics.com, for a full listing of what we currently have to offer and what we are working on. We have various types of snails, live bearing fish, and microfood starter cultures.
DOA Policy
In the event of DOA you must contact me within 5 hours of 1st Delivery attempt. Shipping costs are not refundable and the extra snails are not covered under DOA. In the event of a DOA we will offer either replacements at our cost or a refund proportional to the number of DOA, whether its replacements or refund will be our choice. Sometimes it takes time for the snails to come out of their shell after shipping if it appears the snails need more time than the allotted time all you need to do is drop us an e-mail within that time frame that there might be a problem.
I will post feedback after the transaction is 100% completed.
Payment Policy
ALL AUCTIONS MUST BE PAID WITHIN 3 DAYS OF WINNING THE AUCTION, unless prior arrangements have been made with us BEFORE BIDDING.
