JustMe Page For: L_james7897The Fine Print Details of my auctions Requirements: - I will be contacting the winning bidder within 24 hours of the auction�s end. - I EXPECT contact back within 72 hours (three days) via email. - If there is no contact, bidder will receive negative feedback as nonpaying and the item will either go to the next bidder or be relisted, unless other arrangements are made before the auction�s end. - Bidder must let me know how they are paying for the auction. - Postal Money Order or PayPal accepted only. - I want this to go as smoothly as possible without surprises, if you have any questions e-mail me BEFORE bidding. - Remember: Bid with confidence as I wouldn�t sell something that I wouldn�t want in my own tank. Shipping: - To the continental 48 States only. - Fish will be shipped only on Monday or Tuesdays - Fish will be well packed. - Heat packs are included during colder months, no charge. - Shipping will be Monday through Thursday - UPS or FedEx Next day shipping. - Once the auction is over give me 24 hours to get you shipping costs, as they may vary - If the day of arrival won�t fit into the your schedule please e-mail me and let me know ASAP - I reserve the right to withhold shipping on the judgment of your possible local weather on the day of delivery. - This will reduce the likeliness of DOAs. - Reduces stress on you and me as well - USPS Priority mail available within 400 miles only, guaranteed. D.O.A. requirements: - In case of such instance bidder must e-mail a digital photo of DOA in original sealed bag within 2 hours of first delivery attempt. - DOA must exceed extras sent. - Refund only for the price of the fish, less shipping cost. - Bidder can also choose to have replacements sent for shipping costs. Local Pick up: - Not guaranteed. Once the fish is out of my hands, I am no longer responsible. - For $25, I will meet bidder at a max of two hours from my home. - Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, and Illinois only - I will choose meeting destination. - Make sure to have a clean 5 gallon bucket with lid from Walmart for trade.
