Hello , My name is Kenneth Nguyen.I am not a commercial breeder or a whole seller. Angelfish that I offer for adoption on Aquabid or elsewhere are seasonal and very limited number of fish. All my show angelfish strains were created, born and raised here in California U.S.A by me under my strictly hands selective breeding program. Furthermore,I do not feed my fish with live food /frozen food, and I do not give them heavy hormone for the growth , color or breeding. Therefore, they have very low to none risk of carry disease, parasites or problem of breeding. Fish can or can not look different in real live, than in picture do to stress during shipment, your tank condition ( lighting, water , food, your care....etc ) When you get your shipment , some fish may lay on its side do to a long trip. Fish health and fish breeding activities can also may or may not affect by those environment at their new aquarium. I do not make any guarantee that my fish will do well for you . It is all about your fish keeping skill.LIVE FISH GUARANTEE:Even it is your fish, I do take well care of your fish just like my fish to the day I ship them out to you. This is live fish, so when it out of my hands and in to the hands of people delivery it , weather, and the buyer anything could have happen to the fish. DOA (death on arrival) I will refund haft the cost of death fish credit to the next purchase and the shipping cost is not refund, if you honestly show me prove of death fish by take clear pictures of it within 1 hour,when you get your fish. 1 picture of unopened original bag and 1 picture of the same death fish on a dry paper towel with all its fins spread out. Before ship out your fish,if you get 1 fish and something happen to your fish, that I can not ship it to you , then I will replace an other fish with similar look. Same thing as if you get 2 or more fish...... including a pair. I will replace the damage/death fish with a similar fish look. If I can not find a similar fish ,then I will refund the damage/death fish cost and send you the good live one left to you. I ship your fish to you as soon as the payment clear. I only keep your fish for 1 to 2 weeks if there is a bad weather or your busy time. After that,if you can not set a day, then I will ship your fish out at my own time and day without any live guarantee. All sales are final. No refund or exchange. I will not responsible for any lost,damage do to weather, postal services , your State/Federal laws or you miss handling it. If you have any question or don't under stand of my policies, please ask.
