( in order to recive DOA credit,, A digital image must be recived within 1 hour of reciving fish. Pic of fish must be in unopened bag..,,,,,, this must be done as I cannont assume responsiblilty of a fish that arrives alive and well and dies later due to stress,water parameters or aggresive behavior from other fish.I usually ship on Mondays on live goods however I can work something out if you would prefer another day. I fast fish over the weekend prior to shipping to cut down on stress. If auction is for aquatic plants,moss ect. and if by some chance it does not arrive alive a pic of plant or moss will have to be sent to me within 1 hour of receiving package for a full refund in form of credit for purchase price will be givin. Again I cannot refund shipping. |
