First and foremost, I am always happy to work with a buyer. In the end I want both of us to be happy.

I guarantee live arrival on all of my auctions (unless otherwise stated). This guarantees that your animals will get to you alive... it does not guarantee their health after they are in your hands. A picture is required within 2 hours of the delivery time... these guys can not be left sitting in a hot mailbox in the summer or a cold one in the winter. This guarantee covers everything but the shipping cost. Simply pay for shipping and I will reship a new item. Even though I offer free shipping with my items there is still a shipping fee associated with each auction. This is a standard guarantee used by most Aquabid members.
