Live Shipment Information

Live shipments like fish/invertebrates will be carefully packaged with Kordon breather bags, insulation, heat or cold pack if necessary.

Live fish/invertebrates via USPS Priority mail and Express.

Priority will be mailed on Monday, Tues and Saturday only.

Express is much more flexible as it is overnight.

Shipping address provided via Paypal MUST BE ACCURATE.

Live Arrival Guarantee

Live Arrival Guarantee only applies to overnight shipments.

All live shipments must be received on first attempt at delivery or it will VOID the LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE.

Any DOA must be photographed and emailed to me within 2 hours of delivery.

Shipping to a PO BOX does not have a live arrival guarantee.

DOA Guarantee includes only the livestock that arrived DEAD. Also I reserve the right to choose either refund or replacement.

SHIPPING COSTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. SHIPPING COST OF REPLACEMENT WILL BE AT THE BUYERS EXPENSE.

Weather

I will be shipping from my end regardless of your weather on your end. This means that it is up to YOU to check weather forecast.

Priority mail - 2-3 shipping days.

Express mail - 1-2 shipping days.

The USPS works during SUNDAYS, but it will not deliver to your home. Meaning if shipments go out on Saturday, most likely it will arrive on Monday.

Payment

I accept only Paypal payments.

Auctions must be paid for within 1 week, if not, I will re-post the auction and I will ban you from bidding on my other auctions.

Tracking

Tracking will be provided but please note that USPS does not have live tracking, meaning it may be inaccurate and slow to post updates.

The one time that USPS is accurate with shipping information is when it is delivered.
