Due to the weather, I will only ship USPS Express! Shipping charges starts off at $55.00, other locations may be more, for an accurate quote, please provide me with your zipcode before bidding!. Shipping quote include heatpacks, styrofoam insulated box, and any other necessary packing materials that is needed to get your fishes to you in a healthy timely fashion. I only ship in the Continental U.S and will only ship from Monday to Wednesday! Heat Packs will be included in all my shipments! I DO NOT ship my fishes the same day that the auction ends. These fishes will need at least two days of fasting to purge excessive waste out of its system. Now, because I only ship from Monday to Wednesday, remember to win your auction before Monday or Tuesday therefore I have time to prep these fishes for you in a timely manner :)
Live Arrival
I have a 100% Live Arrival Guaranty Policy. In the unlikely case where your fishes arrived DOA, I will replace your fishes free of charge if you can provide a short video or a few pictures of the deceased fish to me within 1 hour of its arrival time as indicated by the tracking number. After the 1 hour time frame, I will not be able to guaranty your DOA request per my policy even if you notify me before hand of the DOA but could not provide me with a video or picture. BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RESHIPMENT EXPENSES ON THE FISHES! If you have any questions, feel free to ask before bidding. Thanks! And Again, If you are in Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico, please do not bid on these fishes, the package will usually takes about 5-7 days to get to your location, therefore it puts the fish at risk of DOA.
