I am basically a hobbyist who specializes in breeding primarily livebearers. My interest is working with each type of fish's genetics to produce new or odd individuals and lines of individuals. We sell quality fish and back up every single sale with excellent customer service. We don't sell a lot of fish, but the fish that leave here are high quality and health guaranteed. If there is any issue during shipping, we take care of it. If you're not happy we are not happy. We are open to customers putting together a package deal that saves them shipping and makes them happy. I will also provide all the free advice you want, just ask. I also refer individuals to other quality breeders in the name of good customer service. Over time we have had a generally good experience with Aquabid. This year, 2016, we ran into a few scammers icluding the one negative feedback. As stated above, we are Not a store or wholesaler and wheN we do sell fish it is with great care and selection. Scammers be warned we will take immediate and direct action to recoup our shipping and the value of the fish. As per Aquabid rules, we shall not call you out by name publically, instead your name will be shared privately with other sellers and posted on a good number of fish forums. Here is our live arrival and health terms guarantee: Live arrival guaranteed only if accepted on the first delivery attempt. To access the guarantee, you must email us within 4 hours of arrival and include photos of the DOA livestock in the unopened bag(s). Guarantee limited to replacement of livestock only - Reshipping will be at buyers expense. In the event that replacement livestock is no longer available, we will issue a refund for the cost of the livestock only. We regret that we cannot refund the original shipping cost. **NOTE** If the shipment is refused, the entire guarantee will be void.
