Live Arrival Guarantee
Live arrival is guaranteed for same day and next day shipping received upon first attempted delivery. Guarantee is for replacement fish or credit only, no refunds. Shipping costs are not included in the guarantee. In case of DOA, you must email a clear picture of the DOA in the unopened shipping bag within 1 hour of delivery. Thanks for looking!
