DOA Policy: DOA = DEAD on ARRIVAL While I take great care in preparing and shipping fish, sometimes the stress of transport is too great. I'm willing to refund the cost of any fish(s) that arrives dead in the bag (DOA) subject to the following terms and conditions listed below. ***Once the fish is introduced in the tank, I have no control of its new environment and the current conditions once the fish is out of my possession. Please understand that when you sign/receive your shipment, you're releasing the carrier from responsibility for the shipment. Always note to the carrier and document damage or problems that may seldom occur*** 1. Shipping Method chosen has to be either USPS Express or same day delta cargo only. I guarantee delivery of your order alive in the bags when received and box is opened at this point our commitment to you has been met. Once the fish bags are opened and exposed to your water your order is your responsibility. I am not responsible for your tank conditions or acclimation of your order. ***Auction/Invoice will provide detailed clarification in shipping method. Inclement cold weather states or states in heat excess of >80 degrees orders will be held at post office until further notice or otherwise noted by buyer. 2. Minimum of (2) two Vivid/Clear pictures must be provided to me via email within (2) hours of stamped delivered time. (Pictures of the bag inside the tank/water,will provide a more clearer photo) 3. Bag/Container that the fish(s) are in must not be tampered or altered in any way, shape or form 4. Shipping is non refundable, includes free Shipping/Shipping Included auctions . Buyer has option for reship of fish (pending stock availability) at buyers expense. 5. I know each case may be different, and i will do my best to resolve any issues that should arise on an individual case basis, but please abide to my simple set rules above when submitting a DOA claim with me.
