Shipping

I ship via Priority mail in a Styrofoam lined box. Currently I use poly bags and always double bag and label each one. The box is lined with something absorbent. It's usually newspaper, but if I am recycling I may use something else. It still takes me forever to package a box, but I haven't had any problems yet. The only time you might get a different type of package is if you order cultures. Most of the time I send those in a bubble lined envelope, Priority mail. If going from here (very hot) or to another warm destination it is likely that I will put in an ice pack to keep it cool enough. The cultures do best in temps under 80 and we have a lot of 110 degree days, so if you get a bag of water with your cultures it was ice to start out with. :-P

Combined Shipping!

I will combine shipping. I love combining shipping. I tried to put an easy dollar amount on it so that you could just add it together and know how much you have to pay, but the truth is I am not really in it to make money on shipping. Whenever possible I will add the auctions together at no additional cost. If the box has to be larger than a large flat rate box then I will need to charge a bit more. If you send me your zip code and the auctions you are interested in combining I can tell you how much shipping will be.

Shipping Days!

We are currently only shipping items out on Tuesdays and only every other week. We really ask for you to get your payment in as soon as possible so that we can ship your box out that Tuesday. Auctions will be lined up with the Tuesday that we will ship them out as long as you get payment to me quickly. If you don't then the item won't be shipped out for two weeks. We live in West Texas where it is hot and we may have to delay shipping due to the weather. If we do then we will let you know as soon as possible. You can have us ship items anyway, but we won't be able to guarantee it. I would prefer to only ship when I feel comfortable doing so.

Payment

I really prefer PayPal. It's fast. It's easy. My PayPal address is aidenofthetower@gmail.com. If for some reason you can't pay with PayPal please contact me before hand. I would then accept a cashiers check or money order. Unfortunately I can't accept Personal checks because I don't have regular transportation and it takes 10 days for it to clear through my bank.

Dead on Arrivals

I work very hard to package well. It's incredibly time consuming. Even though the boxes are well packed, there are times that it just doesn't go well. In these cases it is disappointing. With that in mind, I will work with you to make it right. I know it isn't my fault and I know it isn't your fault. However, I want you to be happy. We will either re-ship the fish (depending on availability and circumstances) or refund the money (minus the cost of shipping). At this time I am not requiring photos. While I understand why sellers have these types of stipulations I want to give you what I would want. That being said I really ask that you don't abuse me on this. I know for those that would never do that you may be shocked by that statement, but for those who might consider it...here's where I am at. I get very little from selling stuff and it is used to pay for our hobby. It's expensive and very time consuming to buy supplies and package boxes (It still takes me hours to get your box just right). So, if you don't really have DOA's please don't lie about it to get your money back.
