Shipping
I will ship on Monday/Tuesday for Wednesday/Thursday delivery (for USPS Priority) and will ship Wednesdays ONLY for Priority Overnight shipments. Shipping cost will include a Styrofoam lined shipping container, insulation inside the box, double bagged fish, and a heat pack if needed (no extra charge). You will receive a tracking number when your package has been shipped.
DOA Policy
I will replace or refund the fish cost (minus shipping) if there is a DOA under the following conditions: - Package received on the First delivery attempt - Picture of the Unopened bag sent within 2 hours of receipt
