Shipping and Payment
We only ship out on Mondays, excluding holidays. If you need to schedule another day to ship please contact for more details, a service fee will apply. We guarantee live arrival for overnight shipments only. Our auctions will always start with priority shipping, if you would like to upgrade please email us to get a quote. In case of DOA we will need a pic of opened bag with fish inside within 2 hours from delivery time. Please email the pics to time log when they were sent. Our deadline for payment will be Sunday at Noon for shipment on Monday. We will have the fish purged and set aside for two days prior to shipping. You can combine auctions for one shipment. All shipping charges will be listed in each auction, some will be for free and others will have a charge. It depends on the size of the fish and the number of fish in the auction.
