Shipping and Handling
Shipping
We ship Monday - Wednesday and on some exceptions Thursdays.
This allows for the 24 hour fasting of the fish. (a fact I'm not happy about, but its for their benefit in the long run) Plus enough time for us to get them packaged properly and ready to go.
For Thursday Shipping a (Next Day) option must be selected.
This ensure that your fish is not sitting in a cold / hot warehouse all weekend suffering.
We ship within the Continental United States Only.
You are responsible for knowing all state and local laws pertaining to species you are purchasing. (you know if you can have that species or not)
We combine shipping.
So check out our other auctions. There may be an additional charge if it requires a larger box and additional weight.
Carriers
Our preferred method is UPS (United Parcel Service).
However we do use regularly The USPS (United States Postal Service) and FedEx (Federal Express).
Its simply a matter of your preference and their delivery service area.
Packaging
The fish are packed in fish safe bags and their aquarium water with oxygen.
They are placed into an Styrofoam lined container / box, and if needed a cooling or heating pack inserted

Arrive Alive Guarantee
We want so much for you to receive your fish alive and strive everyday to ensure that is possible.
If in the rare instance your fish does not arrive alive and the following conditions are met, we will either replace (you are responsible for additional shipping) or refund the cost of that fish.
1.)An expedited delivery option chosen / paid for.
You chose either overnight or Next Day Service
2.)First delivery attempt did not fail.
You must receive the package on the first delivery attempt.
3.)Carrier delivers the package on time
4.) Within one hour of delivery of package by carrier, you take a clear photo of the fish in the unopened bag and send it to us.
The guarantee applies.
