I'm not selling here to make a fortune, I'm a hobbyist who believes that any items I sell to another hobbyist should be at a fair price. Everything I sell is something I'd like to have myself! I sell my excess plants and fish as I have them. I'm particularly proud of my L144 Bristlenose plecos. I've carefully bred them for vigor and fin quality over a five year period. I typically sell from late March through early November to avoid the coldest shipping weather!
About me..
I have a Ph.D. in Wildlife & Fisheries Sciences from Texas A&M University. I've been fish-keeping for 10+ years and have maintained salt, fresh, and planted tanks. I am an officer in my state club, the South Carolina Aquarium Association (SCAA) and I coordinate the annual Carolina Aquatics Trade Show (C.A.T.S.). The Carolina Aquatics Trade Show is one of the most affordable regional trade shows for vendors (commercial and the hobbyist) in the country. If you sell or want to purchase fish, plants, or aquaria-related dry goods, you need to think about joining us the last Saturday in January, it's a great event!
