Thank you for taking the time to view this page. I do guarantee live arrival of my fish but only for all FedEx overnight deliveries. I ship all of my fish in a box that is L 20 X W 14 H 10 measurement in inches. The box is doubled with cardboard outside packed with a Styrofoam box inside. I use heat packs with all deliveries which lasts about 36 hours. I ship the fish with oxygen, 1 bag buddy per bag. I place only 1 fish per bag to reduce the ammonia. I can ship a maximum of 8 fish per box. If a fish should die, I require a digital photo within 1 hour after delivery of the dead fish in the bag. An adult has to be available at first delivery attempt. Refund will be offered for the fish only, not for delivery charge. Payment must be paid in full before delivery is scheduled. I don't charge for the box or heat packs. The shipment will go out at my discretion due to the cold winter days. My goal is to deliver quality fish that one can enjoy for years to come, but first I want them to arrive alive. I use FedEx for delivery, and the cost is usually around $100.00 for overnight delivery. If the buyer can get a better deal using another company, I will be willing to use those accommodations, but it will be the responsibility of the buyer to send me a filled out shipping slip.
