JustMe Page For: ChrissfishesShipping Information I care a lot about my fish and make sure they are happy and healthy. I make sure to pack them well and get them safely to their new homes. I have shipped a lot of fish with good results. Here are my shipping information and policies: (*Shipping: I use UPS, Speedee, or USPS for all of my shipments. During this COVID time USPS has been unpredictable, I will ship if requested but prefer to ship on UPS ground or Speedee if transit time is 3 days or less. For shipping prices please e-mail me your zip code and how many fish you would like to get. I need to know how many fish you would like so I can figure how many bags/packaging/heat packs I will need, dimensions of the box, and will also show how much the box will weigh. I will only allow as a max of 8 juvie fish per bag. ) (*Packaging & Policies: For using PayPal there will be a 3% charge added to each sale. Also a supply charge per sale. $1.50 without the need of heat packs and $3.50 when heat packs are needed per sale. These charges will cover PayPal fees and shipping supplies, which will get the fish safely to you. There will be no refunds for shipping cost and all extra charges.) (I offer Live arrival guarantee for UPS Overnight, UPS and Speedee ground 1 day service, and USPS Express overnight only. When the fish arrive, if all are dead I will either ship replacement fish if buyer/receiver pays for shipping and shipping supply charge or refund your money for the fish only.If only a few died I will refund for those dead or I will send replacement fish if buyer/receiver pays for shipping and shipping supply chrage.) I don't offer Live Arrival guarantee for Speedee 2-3 day service,USPS Priority,or UPS Ground 2-3 day services. However, they normally do great. Extras count as replacement fish. No guarantee on extras. Below are the states that Speedee is available to and transit days from my location. In order for the guarantee to work, fish must be accepted on the first delivery attempt. You must leave the bags unopened (If the bags are opened the guarantee will not work and the fish will no longer be under my protection) and send me an e-mail within 4 hrs after delivery notifying me with a picture of the dead fish in the unopened bags, shipping label, box, and tracking #. The guarantee is only good within 4 hours after delivery on the arrival day and fish must be accepted on the first delivery attempt. No exceptions. I will not be held responsible for rescheduling at the postal services. If they change the arrival days and hold the fish due to weather or whatever the case may be I will not be held responsible. Once I have shipped the fish or other products out I am no longer responsible for them except the Live Arrival Guarantee on guaranteed services only. However, if they do change arrival days and haven't yet attempted to deliver the fish, I will grant the within 4 hour after delivery DOA guarantee for when they arrive on UPS Overnight, USPS Express overnight , and UPS/ Speedee Ground 1 day service only. I reserve the right to postpone shipping if the weather is bad, too cold, or other. I will need to know your temperatures. Daytime and Night time temps. If additional supplies are needed: Bags are 50 cents each, packaging is $1.00 each, and heat packs are $2 each. Prices will go up if more supplies are needed, depending on size of sale and temperatures. If you refuse on the use of extra heat packs, bags, or packaging I have the right to refuse sale if I feel it is necessary for the safety of the fish. There may be another extra charge in shipping if I need to buy a larger styro for your purchase. I will let you know if an extra charge is necessary when I quote your shipping price.)My prices are firm and won't do discounts/deals for big purchases. I will not ship out fish until I have received your method of payment. When I have received your method of payment I will ship the fish out on a Monday-Tuesday or the following week after payment has been received. If you are shipping your fish on 2nd day,UPS Ground 2-3 day,Speedee 2-3 day, or priority, I will only ship Mondays or Tuesdays. ) (*Recommended: During the winter and summer when temperatures are very cold and hot, I advise that the fish be held at the post office for pickup or someone will be available to receive them when they are delivered and get them out of the weather.
