Just enjoy the hobby! Being a single parent I use the money to fund my addiction, oops, my hobby. Live Arrival Guarantee & Payment Prior to shipment fish will be fasted 24-48 hours. Then carefully packaged, double bagged and shipped in a styrofoam lined box. Heat packs used when necessary. Plants are guaranteed to NOT HAVE SNAILS! I know how irritating that can be to purchase a plant and to have it arrive full of snails. To help reduce costs I ship USPS or UPS, Priority Mail or through a quicker service. Guarantee only covers cost of product only. Shipping charge is non-refundable. Any DOA arrivals should be photographed and emailed within 2 hours of first delivery attempt/arrival by the carrier. DOA items will be reshipped if purchaser pays additional shipping charges; or a credit will be held and used on the next order. Payment accepted through PayPal or other prior arrangement prior to bidding.
