In rare case of DOA you must send two pictures of the fish in the unopened bag within 2 hours of delivery. Refund will be given for price of the dead fish. Shipping charge is non-refundable. I always send extras to cover any loss. Refund is for the auction winning number of the fish only. If you have any questions please don�t hesitate to contact me.
