All fish and livestock are guaranteed to arrive alive and stay alive for 48 hours. Any fish that die must be reported to us within 48 hours of arrival. Credit will be issues on future purchases (no cash refunds). Shipping is not included in guarantee. If methods other than overnight are used, guarantee does not apply, so please use at your own risk.
