You can add more if you like for an added amount. For an exact cost of fish and shipping contact me.
By purchasing fish from us you are certifying that you have read these simple terms.
Shipping: We generally ship on Mondays unless the day is a holiday or a holiday is mid-week.
We reserve the right to postpone shipping due to unfavorable temperatures or extreme weather which we feel will endanger the fish at either or both the shipping and or recipient locations. Shipping is NON refundable. We cannot be responsible for shipping delays caused by the shipping service. It is the recipient’s responsibility to be home to receive the live fish at the time of delivery or pickup at local hubs if that option is available within a reasonable amount of time. It is the recipient’s responsibility to provide to us a proper and correct shipping address that shipping services such as Fed Ex and UPS will deliver a package to. DOA situations: If there is an issue resulting in a fish being the other side of the bridge of life, we request photo imagery of the poor fish in our unopened bag within 2 hours of the shipper’s certification of time of delivery and image or video sent to us via email. In DOA situations conforming to above criteria we may refund the fish shown as lost, shipping is nonrefundable. We cannot be held responsible for issues occurring during acclimation and we highly recommend proper acclimation and not drop and plop procedures. We recommend using quarantine aquariums for new arrivals and are not responsible for any issues occurring to any other life forms that may have issues resulting from not properly quarantining fish.
