Miscellaneous Violations

* Keyword or Email Spamming: Keyword Spamming is using lists of words to re-direct search results to a listing, whether the lists relate to the item or not. This is a violation of our Listing Policies and our Policy on Prohibited and Conditional Items. Email Spamming is also prohibited, and takes place when a user sends unwanted email, �bulk� email, commercial email, or unsolicited email to another user or group of users.
* Distributing Any Contact Information of Another User: This includes in any private or public board or chat area. When filing a complaint regarding a violation of this nature, be sure to include a copy of the email or posted comment and the subject line.
* Use of Offensive Material: Using vulgar, racist, sexist, sexual, hateful, obscene, or offensive language or listings.
* Threats: Emailing threats to other users that involve bodily harm of the user or any other person, which are the only types of email threats that AquaBid.com can offer intervention for. All other threats or harassing emails or communications should be reported to the proper governing authorities, and/or to your Internet Service Provider.
* Interference With the Proper Working Order of the AquaBid.com Website: Using any method, program or participating in ANY activity that undermines the proper working order of ANY portion of the AquaBid.com website.
