Selling Violations
Are you aware of any violations involving selling practices? File a complaint for these types of violations by clicking here, and you will be taken to the form. All circumstances and related information, as well as the user�s transaction history and rating profile, are taken into consideration prior to implementing disciplinary action against confirmed violators; which may include, but is not limited to, temporary account suspension or permanent account termination.
* Intentional False Bidding: Using an alternate User ID or other AquaBid.com users to bid the prices up for an item in an auction, which includes having friends, family members or roommates bidding in each other�s auctions.
* Impersonating Another User: Impersonating or pretending to be another user to receive a payment that rightfully belongs to another user.
* Repeated Breach of Sale: Accepting a Buyer as the winning bidder for an auction, but failing to complete the transaction with the Buyer, or failing to ship the item to the Buyer. Click here to view our Breach of Sale Policy.
