Crypt doesn't require co2 or extremely bright lighting. Under bright lighting the leaves will be a beautiful bronze color, under lower lighting leaves will most likely remain green. It will do perfect in low to moderate lighting. Cryptocoryne makes for an amazing mid ground or foreground plant. This form of Cryptocoryne is fairly uncommon in the aquarium trade. AR mini is great for use in nano aquascapes, and even makes a great foreground or carpet plant in larger tanks. This plant doesn't require co2 or super bright lighting, it will do just fine in medium/moderate light. This mini version of the well-known Alternanthera is characterized by compact growth and a slower growth rate. This means plants are short rather than tall (hence the "mini" in the name), and grow outwards typically rather than upwards. Do not expect to receive large, tall stems. Each stem is only about 3 to 4 inches in height and will have at least 4 leaves. Over time, because of it's short compact growth, it's very possible to create beautiful, dense red carpets in your aquarium with this plant. AR mini can survive in a wide variety of conditions, and depending on the amount of nutrients and intensity of light it receives it will vary in color from yellow-greens to red-violets. Plants will be cut from the main aquarium on the day of shipping to help ensure your plants arrive to you in good shape. You will be provided with a USPS tracking number and you MUST be home to accept the package the first attempt of delivery. Plants cannot sit outside or in a mailbox for hours in the cold/hot weather. If temperatures in your area are around or below freezing/above 90 degrees, we highly recommend coordinating with your local Post Office so that they can hold your package when it arrives for you to pick up from the post office personally. If plants arrive dead send clear pictures of plants in original unopened packaging within ONE HOUR of receiving them and we can either refund you the cost of the dead stems minus shipping costs or send you replacement plants, shipping paid by the buyer. Once plants enter the buyer's aquarium the plants condition is the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for plants freezing/melting outside or in mailboxes if youre not home when they arrive. Thank you so much for considering my auctions, feel free to message me with any questions.
