Price listed include shipping cost from Indonesia through transhipper. Buyer must to pay himself to their local transhipper agent for import fee and domestic shipping costs (if necessary).

D.O.A Claims

All claims of orders can be made at least 24 hours after package notified is received. Customer can submit their claim by WhatsApp at +62821-3871-8445.

In the unlikely event that you do receive a dead fish, you must ensure to contact us within 24 hours of it's arrival. Any claims after this will not be honoured.
In case of D.O.A, please sent us a clear picture of the dead fish with unopened bag. Customers can submit their claim and choose for request money back or asking for replacement.

Note:
The buyer is prohibited to report complaints to any media. The warranty is void if the buyer does a negative campaign.
Warranty void if the package retains by the custom by more than 3 (three) days.
